PRODUCTS
Most of Alpmetal & CO's end products are components that are intended to be incorporated into products manufactured by the company's clients. The special feature of all products is that they meet the client's requirements in terms of shape, strength, material type and colour.
Alpmetal & CO's products are roughly divided into die castings, turned castings, machined castings and component assemblies of various raw materials (aluminium, zinc and plastic), which are mainly intended for the automotive, pneumatic and hydraulic industries, electrical industry and air conditioning industry.
TECHNOLOGY
PRESSURE DIE CASTING
With the help of high-pressure die casting, we produce castings from aluminium and zinc alloys, which can be of various shapes and sizes.
PROCESSING OF CASTINGS
Castings can also be processed on high-precision CNC machines, which allow us to achieve up to micron accuracy tolerances.
COMPONENT ASSEMBLY
The processed castings can be assembled together with other components into compositions according to your wishes.

We advise and consult in choosing the correct technology of casting, processing and type of materials. Our suggestions are supported with the help of computer simulations, finite elements calculations and designed in various CAD, CAM systems (CATIA, Creo, Solidworks, Magma).
To ensure the highest quality in all production departments, we build on simultaneous engineering. We constantly monitor the operation and development of pressure tools and clamping tools with regard to the stability of production processes.
