We produce products from aluminium and zinc alloys, which can also be processed afterwards. We also deal with injection molding of plastics and construct components for complex products. Depending on the client’s requirements, we select the appropriate manufacturing procedures so that the final products meet the given requirements. Most of our products are intended for the car industry, air conditioning industry, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic industries.

Casts that can be casted from aluminium weigh from 0.0015 kg to 0.8 kg, or up to 4 kg of total weight. Depending on the size of the product order series, the number of nests and the size of the foundry tool are determined. We choose between machines with a closing force from 150 to 660 tones. We use various aluminium alloys for die casting, the most common being DIN AL226, AL231 and AL239. Castings can also be post-treated (deburring, surface treatment, threading, galvanic protection, painting).

When casting zinc alloys, casts weighing from 0.003 kg to 0.8 kg of total weight can be cast. We have 50t machines available for casting zinc alloys. We use various zinc alloys for casting, such as e.g. Zamak 400, Zamak 410, Zamak 430. We also offer post-processing (stripping, processing of various surfaces, threading, painting) for these castings.

All the casts are custom made according to requests of our clients, and we can also consult in product designing.

Turning is the most common cutting process for machining cylindrical workpieces, but it is also possible to turn flat surfaces and even some non-round shapes if the tool oscillates during work.

Turning and milling of large workpieces with the help of modern equipment at our company enables precise machining of several dimensions up to micron tolerances accurately. Thus, we can offer high-precision CNC turning and cutting on castings, as well as the production of individual threads, threaded holes, drilling, grinding and more.

In addition to mechanical treatment, we also offer surface treatments of castings, such as stripping and sandblasting. We can also offer various types of painting, surface protection or anodic oxidation or anodizing (anodization of treated castings) with our contractors.

Turned or processed pieces are washed. In addition to standard washing of workpieces, we also offer ultrasonic washing of products, which meets the highest requirements for product cleanliness.

Casted, processed pieces can be assembled into various components according to the technical specifications and requirements of the client. The company has several automated machines and is able to offer various types of assemblies, as well as assembly of housings with several subcomponents, plastic, metal and rubber components into components together with the processed casting. Component assembly process is fully automated.
